1️⃣ Basic Checks

These simple checks solve most issues.

Please check for hearing aids (and other Bluetooth devices) :

that they are indeed Bluetooth devices
that they are turned on and charged
that you are wearing them correctly
that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and that you are not in airplane mode
that you are close enough to your phone (less than 10 feet / 3 meters)

Please check for wired headphones or earbuds :

The jack is fully plugged into your phone
The cable is not damaged
Your phone's port is clean (no dust)

🔍 How to check that Bluetooth is enabled?

On iPhone:

Swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen (or swipe up from the bottom on iPhone models with a Home button) to open Control Center
The Bluetooth icon should be blue. If it's gray, tap it to enable it
